A global pandemic and self-isolation have a way with the mind...
It was a cold and gloomy March day in Calgary, Alberta. Sharlene Massie’s inbox was going ‘ding’, ‘ding’, ‘ding’, ‘ding’… and was being flooded with hundreds of emails from colleagues, friends, family and even strangers.
She was touched and also deeply saddened to hear so many people affected by COVID-19. She sat tirelessly at her computer for days trying to answer everyone’s emails, offering up her advice all while unloading over 30 years of industry knowledge in a single email. She wished she could do more for everyone!
